He danced out of my office, out the door, and down the sidewalk until he was out to the car!

Chris: When I dressed up as Elvis for one of our member appreciation days, glasses, wig, cape, the whole nine yards…was an absolute blast!

Amy: Shortly after I started, the Northwest Branch surprised me with a welcome gift basket with some of my most favorite things. It was the sweetest!!

Clay: When I got to shoot the confetti off for the member who won $2,500 dollars during the first quarter.

Ana: A member came in the lobby for a deposit and mentioned that she was struggling because her car was in the shop and she couldn’t get it out of the shop because it was too expensive. I suggested that she get a 7-4-7 loan so she could make payments instead of using her entire paycheck. She thought she wouldn’t get approved because her credit score was checked about a year ago and it wasn’t very good. I told her to try, the worst we could say was no. I signed her in to see a Financial Servcies Representative and she got approved for more than she thought. She was approved after having a TSCU credit card for a year which improved her score significantly. She came in the next day looking for me, cried, hugged me so tight and thanked me for mentioning the 7-4-7 loan to her! That made my day! 😊

Ciara: Our VP of HR and her husband dressing up as Santa and Mrs. Claus.

Karla: Employee birthday celebrations.

Pam: I look forward to leaving behind a legacy when I finally decide to retire.

What’s your biggest achievement at TSCU?
